Who can become a LAFA member?

Individuals, legal entities, or various organisations engaged in the profession of gallery owner, art dealer, or any other professional involved in the purchase/sale of artworks or collection management, providing legal, tax, or financial advice related to art, or more generally showing a particular interest in these fields. 

Each prospective member must also: 

• Have their registered office located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg 
• Conduct their primary activities in Luxembourg 
• Be registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register 
• Adhere to the Association’s statutes, internal regulations, and decisions 
• Pay the required annual membership fee 

Except for individual members, who are only required to adhere to the Association’s statutes, internal regulations, and decisions, and pay the required annual membership fee.
